Venice Concierge Physical Therapy (VCPT) isn’t just for golfers.
Yes, Kimberly DelVecchio is known for her results with golfers-but her expertise runs much deeper. With a strong foundation in functional movement, advanced manual therapy, spinal dysfunction, chronic pain, and gait analysis, Kimberly offers a whole-body approach that goes far beyond the green.
After owning and operating a successful orthopedic clinic for 24 years, Kimberly chose to downsize and specialize – bringing expert, one-on-one care directly to your home, fitness club, office, or golf course. VCPT was born from the belief that physical therapy should be personal, effective, and convenient.
“I’ve found it’s more efficient, more affordable, and more transformative to meet clients where they are. Together, we decide what’s needed and how to get results as quickly and safely as possible.”
Every session is fully customized-to your body, your goals, and your lifestyle.
Think of it this way: if physical therapists were cars, many could get you from point A to point B. But wouldn’t you rather arrive with greater safety, comfort, and performance?
Choosing VCPT is like choosing a Mercedes over a Civic-both will get you there, but the experience, precision, and results are at a different level.
Kimberly brings decades of experience and a rare combination of credentials:
This means following a comprehensive evaluation, each session includes hands-on therapy and a specific therapeutic program perfectly designed to meet your exact needs.
Each component of your treatment will include the why, what and how in great detail. You will come to know your body in a completely new light and be inspired to maximize its potential!
Let’s start with what matters most to you:
“It hurts when I…”
“I’m afraid that I…”
“I want to be able to…”
“I’m no longer able to…”
With VCPT, I take the time to hear your story-your pain, fears, goals, and aspirations. Then together, we create a plan that’s as unique as your body and your journey. Because all physical therapy is not the same.
With VCPT, we make the time to assess and treat the entire body—not just the painful area. This is one of the key distinctions between Venice Concierge Physical Therapy and most traditional outpatient PT clinics.
In many insurance-driven Physical Therapy clinics, therapists are limited by time and reimbursement constraints. This often results in shorter appointments, minimal assessment, and a focus on a single joint or symptom. In contrast, I conduct a comprehensive full-body evaluation to uncover the true source of pain-whether it’s mechanical (joint, muscle, or ligament), neural (nerve irritation or compression), or referred pain from elsewhere in the body. I then work with you to uncover and correct the complex cycle of compensations that may have developed over time-restoring balance across your tissues, joints, and movement patterns.
This deeper “magic” takes specialized training, a refined understanding of body kinematics, and the manual skills to put that knowledge into practice.
Even as we age, most pain is preventable or reversible. Chronic discomfort often stems from faulty biomechanics and poor muscular firing patterns-not just wear and tear.
With advanced training in Applied Functional Science, I evaluate how each part of your body influences the others-from your feet and pelvis to your spine, shoulder and neck. This whole-body lens allows me to uncover root causes and deliver treatments that lead to lasting relief.
Your body is a symphony. My goal is to restore harmony-ensuring each part functions in concert with the others.
Most PT clinics spend little or no time on manual therapy. At VCPT, hands-on treatment is central to your care.
My sessions often include:
These techniques are designed to:
Hands-on therapy isn’t just effective-it can be the most enjoyable part of your day. You deserve treatment that works and feels like self-care.
“The key is not in spending time, but in investing it.” – Stephen R. Covey
With VCPT, you don’t lose time in traffic or waiting rooms. I come to you-delivering high-level care at your home, office, gym, or golf course.
Each session is one-on-one and can be tailored to 45, 60, 90, or 120 minutes or more based on your needs. With no interruptions, every minute is spent on your recovery and performance.
Most VCPT patients need 50% fewer visits than with traditional providers, thanks to the depth and precision of care. Fewer visits, faster results, and no travel time-that’s how you get your life back, sooner.
You’re not just buying therapy-you’re buying your time and quality of life back.
Every VCPT patient receives a highly individualized home program addressing both the specifics and the big picture-crafted for your body, lifestyle, age, goals, injury history, and sport (if applicable).
These programs may include:
To ensure effective results, I incorporate a wide range of evidence-based disciplines and movement systems, including:
You’ll not only feel better-you’ll understand how to stay better. Education is at the heart of every session, empowering you to take an active role in your recovery.
At VCPT, you’re never left on your own. Your voice matters.
Together, we combine your lived experience with my medical expertise to find the best path forward. You will be heard, supported, and treated with the time and attention you deserve-because great care requires great communication.
Your sessions may also include guidance on:
VCPT recognizes that every patient has a unique movement signature, posture, and alignment pattern. Getting to the root of your pain takes time—and I’m here to give you that time.
At your first visit, I typically spend 60 to 90 minutes conducting a comprehensive, full-body assessment. Together, we’ll identify the true source of your pain or limitation and establish clear, attainable goals tailored specifically to your needs.
Based on the findings, I’ll apply a customized combination of manual therapy and movement-based techniques designed to:
Your personalized program will follow a logical, progressive sequence-combining hands-on treatment with targeted exercises to retrain how your body moves and functions.
By the end of your initial evaluation, you will understand:
We’ll map out a collaborative plan of care that aligns with your goals, current condition, availability, and budget.
Let’s be real-no two bodies or injuries are the same.
Some people respond quickly; others may require more time. While many clinicians may estimate 8–10 sessions for most conditions, your recovery may take fewer-or more-depending on your specific case, your tolerance for treatment, and how your body responds.
Yet my goal is to get you better with the least number of visits possible. Remember, I will bring the clinic and any equipment necessary to you. No travel. No waiting. No distractions. Just expert care where and when you need it most.

The short answer is no-Venice Concierge PT does not accept insurance.
And that’s by design.
In my experience, working within the insurance system has compromised the quality of care-limiting both treatment time and the number of visits, narrowing therapeutic options, and requiring more time spent on documentation than on actual hands-on care. I’ve chosen a different path.
VCPT is a private, pay-for-service practice that puts you-not your insurance company-at the center of every decision. This model allows me to provide the highest level of one-on-one care, with the time and attention necessary to deliver real, lasting results.
My goal is not to keep you coming back indefinitely-my goal is to help you get better, stay better, and return to the activities you love as quickly and safely as possible.
I believe in efficiency, results, and respect for your time and money. Most patients require fewer visits than in traditional clinic models, and some choose to continue with regular tune-ups simply because it feels good-and that’s okay too. What matters most is that you have the freedom to choose what works best for your body and your goals.
“Price is what you pay. Value is what you get.” – Warren Buffett

Every session is tailored to your body, your goals, and your progress, with 100% of the time spent one-on-one.
